My Background

With over two decades of working in healthcare investigating medical errors, I have extensive experience supporting clinical providers, patients and families involved in these life altering events. I also have expertise working with individuals and families living with psychosis. I love being outside and working in partnership with nature as part of the therapy process.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and rooted in recovery oriented cognitive behavioral therapy, which is focuses on strengths and is designed to promote empowerment.
