Individual Therapy

As we walk through our lives, we carry our joys and sorrows with us. These experiences may shape our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Therapy offers a space to understand and express all aspects of ourselves and how we relate to others. Virtual appointments and in person. Offered to individuals ages 18 + in Minnesota.

Therapy sessions: 50 mins

Nature Therapy

Work in partnership with the natural world cultivate more awareness in our lives. Nature can symbolically reflect aspects of ourselves, contributing to a deeper understanding of our own emotions, thoughts and feelings. Sessions take place in natural spaces throughout Minneapolis. We avoid high traffic areas. Sessions can take place outside of the metro area; please contact me to arrange. Offered to individuals 18+ at various locations. Available year round depending on weather.
